This course is an introduction to the Boy Scouts of America and to the responsibilities, opportunities, and resources that will ensure a successful troop leadership experience. It is appropriate for Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, and Committee Members. Course topics include Troop positions and organization, meetings, working with youth leadership, advancement, program planning, membership, and finances.
