Arena Show Saturday night should be a night of fun and excitement as we reflect on the history of Scouting, watch an exciting fireworks show and are entertained by some of our own Scouts as well as a special musical guest!
Stage Shows Throughout the day on Saturday, come to one of two locations at the fairgrounds where some special guests can entertain you. Can you imagine what it is like to be a clown? What does it really take to be a lumberjack? Cooking: It really can be a lot of fun!
Merit Badge Midway An area dedicated to learning a little about merit badges that you may not be familiar with. We have experts from all over Maine coming to show you a new trade or hobby or profession, and along the way you might even earn yourself a merit badge or two (or at least a partial!).
Scouting Showcase Where can you come to one place and see things like a giant cast iron griddle that let’s you cook over an open fire? Or learn about how you and your troop can go rock climbing in the winter? You can plan a whitewater trip for you and your troop! It is here you can learn from Maine’s resources on what is available to you!
Jamboree on the Air and On the Internet This is where we leverage various technologies to connect with other scouts and JOTA events around the country and world, to broaden everyone's understanding about the international nature of the Scouting Movement, enhance international goodwill. What does a weather balloon and radio Controlled car have to do with this? You have to come to find out!
Early Scouting at Brownsea Island Come see exhibits and hands on displays of what it was like to be a Scout 100 years ago when it all started. What games were played? What did a handbook look like?
Shooting Sports How good a shot are you with a laser gun? Have you ever tried your hand at Archery? What does it take for a Cub Scout to be a good shot with a BB gun? Find out and have a great time trying at our shooting sports area.

Cub Scout Trailblazer Day This is a chance for Cub Scouts and families to learn a little about the great outdoors! Sponsored in conjunction with the Maine Sportsman alliance. Highlights to include:

- Archery Target Shooting
- Obstacle Course
- Wildlife &
- Taxidermist Displays

Scout Races and Sports Want to get a group together to see if you are the tug of war champion? Want to try your hand at a climbing wall? Bring your den or patrol to try your hand at a challenging relay race to see who is the fastest at Maine Jam!
Special activities for Explorers, Crews and Posts: A fireman’s muster pitting fire post against post! Who will win the challenges? Crime Scene Investigations for the police explorers- can you solve the mysteries?
Special Events & Guest Speakers: And everything else we have to offer, including checking out some cool National Guard Equipment, climbing walls, or seeing what our local fire and police really do to keep us all protected. Geocache? What the heck is that! AND LOTS MORE!
