Cianchette Scout Service Center
131 Johnson Road, Portland

From North of Portland

  • Proceed south on I- 95 to Exit 46 (Congress Street/Jetport Exit)
  • Turn right at stop sign and proceed to second stoplight.
  • Turn right on Johnson Road and proceed approximately 1/10 of a mile to Scout Center entrance on right.

From South of Portland

  • Proceed North on I- 95 to Exit 46 (Congress Street/Jetport Exit)
  • Turn right at stoplight and proceed to next stoplight.
  • Turn right on Johnson Road and proceed approximately 1/10 of a mile to Scout Center entrance on right.

From North of Portland on Interstate 295

  • Take Exit 3 South and turn right onto Westbrook Street
  • Follow Westbrook Street (right hand fork to Western Avenue) as it turns into Johnson Road.
  • Proceed approximately 3/10 of a mile to Scout Center entrance on your left. (Past the end of the airport runway)

Camp Hinds
146 Plains Road, Raymond

Plains Road is between Route 85 and 121, both of which intersect Routes 302 and 11.

From the South:

  • Take exit 48 Westbrook (formerly exit 8) of the Maine Turnpike
  • Turn right onto Riverside Street
  • Turn left at the third traffic light onto Route 302 West
  • Go 15 miles and turn right at the traffic light onto Route 85
  • Drive 6 miles on Route 85 past the Jordan Small School
  • Turn left onto Plains Road at the bottom of the hill
  • Camp is 1/2 mile on left

From the North:

  • Take exit 63 Gray (formerly exit 11) of the Maine Turnpike
  • Turn right onto Route 202
  • Stay on route 202 through first set of lights and turn left onto route 26
  • Go approximately 3 miles and turn left onto North Raymond Road (by Dry Mills Store)
  • Go 1/2 mile and turn left onto Egypt Road
  • At end of Egypt Road, take right onto route 85
  • Go past schools and down a large hill
  • Turn left onto Plains Road
  • Camp is 1/2 mile on left

Camp Bomazeen
656 Horsepoint Road, Belgrade

From Route 95 (Maine Turnpike)

  • Take exit 112B (formerly exit 31B) onto Route 8 North
  • Follow Route 8 for 12 miles
  • Turn left onto Horse Point Road
  • CampBomazeen is at the end of Horse Point Road
  • The camp is approximately 5 miles from the point where Routes 8 & 11 divide

Camp Gustin
Loon Pond Road, Sabattus

From downtown Lewiston

  • take Route 126 East (Sabattus St) 5 1/2 miles to the intersection of Route 9
  • Turn right into Route 9 South (at Post Office)
  • Go one mile and take second left onto Furbush Road (after Town Office)
  • Cross Maine Turnpike, bear right at fork onto Southerland Pond Road, and take first left onto Loon Pond Road
  • Camp Gustin is at the end of the road

From the Maine Turnpike

  • Take exit 86 Sabattus
  • If traveling from the North, turn right at the end of the turnpike ramp onto Route 9. If traveling from the South, turn left at the end of the turnpike ramp onto Route 9.
  • Turn right onto Furbush Road (before Town Office)
  • Cross Maine Turnpike, bear right at fork onto Southerland Pond Road, and take first left onto Loon Pond Road
  • Camp Gustin is at the end of the road

Camp Nutter
East Shore Drive, Acton

From the Maine Turnpike

  • Take exit 32 Biddeford (formerly exit 4)
  • Turn right onto Route 111 West and go 15 miles to Sanford
  • NOTE: Keep going straight even after Route 111 ends)
  • From Sanford, take Route 109 North for 6 miles and turn left onto East Shore Drive (1/4 miles south of the Acton Fairgrounds)
  • Camp Nutter will be on the right, on the shores of Loon Pond

Camp KV
Lake Maranacook, Readfield

From Maine Turnpike:

  • Take exit 109A in Augusta (formerly exit 30).
  • Go West on Route 202 (away from Augusta, towards Manchester) approximately 4 miles
  • Turn right onto Route 17
  • Go 8 miles and Camp KV is on the left
  • There is a sign marked "Camp KV for Kids"
